We collect only the information needed to operate your account: name, contact details, payment identifiers for UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, and your transaction history. We do not collect or store data beyond what these Terms require.

Account Access Controls

Your account is protected by a password you set and, where enabled, two-factor authentication. We never share login credentials with third parties, and we will never contact you to ask for your password.

Data Retention Period

Transaction records and account data are retained for seven years to satisfy statutory requirements under applicable Indian financial regulations. After that period, personal data is anonymised rather than deleted where retention is legally required.

Who Manages Your Data

The data controller for all accounts opened on bookie.run is the entity named in clause 2 of these Terms. Any third-party processors we engage — such as payment processors handling your UPI or PhonePe flows — are bound by data-processing agreements aligned to these Terms.

Yes. Every financial action on your account — including deposits via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe and any withdrawal you request — is governed by the payment clauses in these Terms. Transaction disputes follow the process set out in clause 15.

We may suspend or permanently close an account that we find in breach of these Terms. You will receive written notice by email before any permanent closure, and you may contest the decision through the dispute process in clause 15.

Access to bookie.run is only available where local law permits. If your region restricts or prohibits online gaming, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable local law before opening or using your account.

We publish updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes that affect account rights or payment conditions, we also send a notification to the email address registered on your account at least 7 days in advance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction named in clause 2 of the full agreement. Where a dispute involves an Indian account holder, applicable Indian consumer protection statutes inform how clause 15 dispute resolution is conducted.

No. Under these Terms, accounts are non-transferable. Each account is tied to the individual who completed registration. Attempting to transfer, sell or share an account is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
